    I must apologise

We (the wife and I) were watching retro-80's boogie night on one of the music channels on Friday, and I really feel that I should apologise on behalf of my generation for the 80's.

Big hair, lots of blusher, mad painted faces, the bee gee's, bin liner clothing and words like cool and groove-thang.

Mind you I haven't laughed so much in years, the commentator was one groovy cat and the "dancers" were even more spaced.

During one of the songs the Bee Gee's sprang out from behind walls and I almost spilled my drink in fright. Man, they were some ugly dudes.

So there you have it, on behalf of all 30-somethings, we're really sorry for the 80's, we were young and niave.

No problem at all. White suit jackets, platforms, glitter balls and tight trousers..... which is funny 'cause you'd think they would just cause crushed balls......

So were you up there with the platforms on strutting your funky stuff? Should we call you the California Disco Queen?

SD breaks into "I love to love, but my baby just loves to dance, she wants to dance..."

    or something like that.

Oh Yeah. I have this wobbly little dance that all of us unco-ordinated guys do. It swishes my tail around like crazy.
