No spam, not too tall, no self promotional links (referrers/pages with adsense so you can benefit from traffic).

That doesn't make sense! Do you mean how many posts do you require before adding a signature?
Edit:
Searching the FAQ for signatures doesn't mention anything about a post limit before you can add a signature.

Commercial links are not permitted on the forum. We do not disclose the number of posts required before signature permissions become available. This is an anti spam measure.

I believe you are allowed to have a signature after x posts.
