file security?
does anybody know of a way to basically make files...well...invisible? i dont mean like making them hidden...i guess what im trying to do is get my program to take the place of the explorer window, except have it require a password before it lets people see the files, hopefully, even if they went in with explorer, they still would only see my exe, and only after they had typed in a password and username would they be able to see files. something tells me this is next to impossible, but id like to see if it can be done....
knowing me, this is probably on the wrong forum, feel free to move it

I'm not sure if you can make files invisible.
I do recommend encryption for your problem.
I found a very good example here
Good Luck
