Web browser url in txt file

Hello everybody
I would like to ask that the web browser url thing can not be transferred to a txt file?
Because I'm doing a program launcher that will launch the game and when you start a program launcher in question is immediately displayed on the website of the txt file is written.
That would be the plan.
I started to do the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 program launcher.
Sorry if I wrote the wrong place.

Home = http://.........com
Forum = http://.........com/forum
Register = http://.........com/register.php

Are the buttons going to be the same no matter what, and only the URLs will change, or do you want to create the buttons based on what's in the file too?

There is Button1, Button2, Button3, and Button 4, and of course the WebBrowser1.
And both the 4-5 items in a txt or ini file to obtain the links.
So only the ini file to specify the links and then displayed in the launcher.
