Create AVI/WMV or other video format?

Well I have a bunch of frames I made and an audio track and i want to combine them to make a video -like AVI/WMV or another format...Thanks!

Your question is a little vague, and as such, the answer will be also. If you need a more detailed answer, please be more specific about what you are looking for.

By "frames", I assume you mean pictures, like .JPEG?

You can combine these, and add audio, two ways.
1) use slideshow software
Examples: Adobe Photoshop Elements. There are many others; I just can't remember the names.

2) Use movie-creating software.
Examples: Windows Movie Maker (free), Adobe Premier Elements, Pinnacle Studio, Sony Vegas Movie Studio, and many more.
