Unicode Support In vb.net

ok i have a question about Unicode support in vb.net i found just richtext box completely Unicode supported in vb.net if i use a textbox of list box or any other control in my project and run this project on any Window$ xp based system without installed additional languages then this will not work . if there is any sollution for this ?

Although i may concur with Window$, doesn't this make the question less serious?
Anyway you just typed the solution "language pack".
Also something relative,since i use Greek i can say that the whole language is coming from the regional settings and installed packs of windows.As i don't use any language pack in my vs2008 and i see Greek fine.Now the problem will emerge if i have to view a asp.net website from my dev pc.P.E. labels in Greek will have strange lettering(stranger than greek ).
