[RESOLVED] databases beginner
Hello everyone,
I am learning VB6 (I don't like .net) and now that I have read the book I had I noticed that it didn't include something really important : Databases. I've been googling for two days until now in order to find something that would show me how to use databases. They are really a MUST for my program since I use MSflexgrid and I need to read/write .mdb files. If anyone could suggest me a website or even show me how to use them it would be really appreciated.

Re: databases beginner
There is a full tutorial in the FAQ section of the Database area on the forum. Have you look at it yet?
Sometimes the Programmer
Sometimes the DBA

Re: databases beginner
Well, I've never went to that subforum. I completely forgot it. At least now I understand how databases are made. Thank you a lot for helping me.

There is also a tutorial in the Tutorial section on ADO, which will assist you in connecting to your database from VB6 once you have created it.
