Does anyone have the exact date when beta2 will be available from MS?

I understande it will be released in Atalanta in 2 weeks (Can't remember what event is going on thier)

its called tech Ed 2001 (annual event) ..but rumors r that beta 2 wont be distributed at that event .there is slight more delay ...

I could be wrong, but I thought I read that beta 2 is a close beta.
They are only going to release it to a certain group.
I hope I'm wrong.

I spose I should wait to see who they are releasing it to before I order Beta1 and realise beta2 is just about to be released!!!

Check out www.vsj.co.uk they were giving away FREE copies of Beta 2 and a whole load of other when it is released in July.

Yeah, typical the person l spoke to on the phone didn't mention beta 2 So no doubt we will eventually get Beta 1, then a letter inviting us to yet another forum to cover Beta 2. Hopefully at this forum, the friggin CD we get works.
