Slight Problem with EFS in Win 7
I encrypted a few folders in my account directory and decided that since I usually tug around a majority of those files with me, it might not be the best idea to encrypt them so I decided to unencrypt them. Well I get to a folder that says it can't be unencrypted because it's in use by another process. Now I've shut the computer down, restarted in safe mode, killed procs, and I still can't get the thing to unencrypt. Any advice?

It's my My Pictures folder. I basically encrypted the Documents, Videos, Music, Pictures, and Downloads folder. I went to decrypt all of them and it crapped out on the Pictures folder and has been ever since then.
