    Can Visual Source Safe v6 integrate with VS2008 / VS2010 IDEs?

    Well it certainly works with 2008 as we use that combination at my work, I haven't tried it with 2010 yet.

    i havent moved to 2010, so if it works in 2008 its fine for me

    Good info. I thought VSS was abandoned in favor of Team Foundation Server (VS Team System).

    baja - it is and it isn't... VSS isn't maintained anymore... and has a limit on the archive size (at my last job, we didn't find this out until after our archive was twice the recommended size). TFS has a larger limit size and is actively maintained as part of VS.
