    Somebody can tell me where i can find a control like the outlook
    bar or something ??

    Janus has nice buttons that can be made to look like Outlook's bar

    If I'm thinking of the right one then it should be on the following site:

    http://vbaccelerator.com/

    Click Controls from the left hand side navigation and look for vbAccelerator ListBar in the new page that load on the right.
