    New Law for Motorists.

Like J G Coates I am finding the new law most helpful.

I hope that it soon becomes permanent, instead of the current temporary
law, and that it catches on around the world.

There is a law in Indiana that says all motor vehicles must have a kerosene lamp hanging on the back of them. Of course, it's nearly 100 years old, but still on the books.

In Ohio there's a law require any cat that is let out after dark to have a light tied to its tail. rumor has it, that's where "tail light" comes from... I've heard it from multiple sources but have not yet confirmed.

You would be amazed how many goofy laws are still on the books.
