    Question ------api------

    Does anyone know where I can get the most recent copy of the WIN API
    in a text file with a description of the API functions? Does
    Microsoft handle the updating of the API and do they have a download?

    I have noticed that http://www.vbapi.com lists most of the API, but
    is still incomplete. I am looking for something that lists the
    complete API.
