    joystick(mouse)

    Is there a way to read the move information from the joystick and move the mouse with it.

    Yes; however, having done this sometime myself it wasn't comfortable to use.

    JoyToKey can do this, see my sig for a link. It's not that bad... especially if you like the laptop style nib.
