    Unhappy .tlb editor

    ello guys i'm looking for .tlb creator/editor i need to declare few const in it for my project i found some free tlb editor that isnt able to save changes or editing at end, just exploring .tbl :S
    if some1 can help me find decent editor for librarys... Thank u very much guys.
