Clicking a link on a "navbar"

Hello,

I've read several threads here and they've been very helpful, so thank you for that. The tool Im creating logs in to several different sites automatically but I cant get one of them to work becuase in order to get to the username and password prompt, a link must be clicked first. I'm having trouble clicking on this link as its in some sort of Navbar which has a different url (seen if you right click and choose properties). Here is the site: http://wholesale.iowatelecom.com/ but the link on the left of the page is in http://wholesale.iowatelecom.com/navbar.asp. Now I did find a work around but in case I come across this again, can anyone point me to the solution?
