    slow loading??

    Hi,
    Maybe this has been answered often already,
    however:
    Why does my computer nearly stop to work when loading a page of this forum?
    I did a lot of discussing in this forum a while ago, but since it takes that long to load a threat or whatever it's no fun anymore
    Am I missing any sophisticated setting?
    I'm using netscape 4.7 (German)

    This is because of the Javascript used to load that pages. It is unavoidable unfortunately.
