    There's an add-in for vBulletin that prevents the screen from getting stretched. I forget what it's called.

    What font are you using to get these symbols? Ariel?

    Those are Alt+X characters (I think Alt+1 to Alt+25 or something). They are available in most fonts, you can use Times, Courier New, Arial, etc.
