    Visual Studio First-Launch Configuration Wizard

You know the development environment configuration wizard that comes up the first time you launch Visual Studio after installing it? Well how can someone re-run it?

I installed Visual Studio pro 2k8 to a new machine, but instead of running it, I went ahead and installed SP1 and a whole mess of add-ins (like DevExpress's control set, Measurement Studio, MySql Connector, XNA 3.1, etc...)

When I finally did launch it for the first time, I didn't get the configuration wizard that asks me how I want to optimize the IDE. Is there any way to re-run it manually?

Tools -> Options -> Environment -> Keyboard, select the layout you want from the drop down
Currently using VS 2015 Enterprise on Win10 Enterprise x64.
