Re: What decade were you born in?
I moved your thread to this forum because questions like this don't belong in technical forums.
I also noticed you didn't mention, ahem, the 1940s

Re: What decade were you born in?
Is this the actual definition of a decade (1931 to 1940) or is it the popular definition of a decade (1930 to 1939)?

Re: What decade were you born in?
I was born in one of the decades that was mentioned above. All of our 61 to 120 year old members are not going to be at all happy with the above options.

I don't think you can unless maybe you get a moderator to tweak things for you but I wouldn't bother them with such trivialities nor do I know if they could even do it. There's always a way but the question is will one of the moderators do it for you and the answer is yes and the way I know this is because I just read post # 15.

You cannot.
However, you can always start another thread.

Not quite but when I started working for Xerox back in the early to mid 70's, people were still programming a few of the company's computers by moving core wires around with a pair of pliers. Talk about "hard-coding".

Hey Marty there are 2 members that are older than you are that voted in the poll(If they are being honest). See you're not so old after all. But what do I say to those members that were born in the 1930s? You're old.

Fairly sure it'll be the popular definition. I was born in 1970 and voted for the 1970s. I'd have felt old voting for the 1960s.

Surely nobody born in the forties is STILL ALIVE now? That must be some sort of record.
I don't live here any more.
