Open Source Code...Can it be True?
Is MSDOS 6.0 open source code? The reason I ask is I found on a public ftp files that claim to be the source code for MSDOS6. Most of the files are .asm or .c files. I need someone to check these out since I'm not familar with assembly or C. Anyone interested....

Looks like some jerk !@#$%#$$% changed the password for the account. If you are really interested in this let me know. The files total 19mb, and appear to be the real deal. I'm not too sure of that since most of the files are in assembly or C, and I'm not real familar with either language.

That's why I posted this, I thought maybe someone would check the source code out and tell me if it's the real deal.
I'm not sure what you mean by me being worried and doing a virus scan.......did I say I was worried?

Well.....I didn't see the MacOS 10 source there, but I also found the source code for Turbo Pascal 6.
I know your just kidding around. So am I(not), but do you remember hearing about the security problems that MS was having a while back. This so called "Source Code" could be a product of that little problem that MS had. Now for the 4th or 5th time, I'm not sure if it's the Source Code because I am not familar with Assembly or C. Is there anyone who is, that could take a look at this so called "Source Code".
