'C' to VB conversion utility

Does anyone know of a utility that will take standard 'C' code and convert it to VB?

i dont even think that there is one...... if so that would be good could i could really use one... but how to turn c in to assembly and vb to assembly there you go cuase all programs are writen in assembly the compile changes the code into asmbley and and compile it like that... did you ever no that so if you can change the code in to assembley then to vb then you could do it
