Drag and Drop.. How to?

How do I let the user pick up an insantance of an Active X control and drag it around and then drop into a new location?

I can get it to look like its dragging but when I let go then nothing happens

What do you mean by dragging the ActiveX control? Can you be more specific?

Sorry about that

My goal is to drag an active X control from one position to another(The active X contol is much like a desktop Icon)

What I meant by it looks like it is dragging is that when I click and hold down and then drag it makes and outline of the control around the cursor. but when I let go of the mouse button nothing changes(The object is still at the starting position)
