MOSS 2007 Login Prompt

I have SharePoint installed on Windows Server 2003. I'm trying to access the site on a Windows XP SP3 or sp2 client computer with client login (client is a site contributer), Moss pompet login screen each time when click any link.

if used SIte Administrator login then i works fine.

i have done all thing like.
Add site in trusted site, and checked automatic login with current user & passpord and also add username and password to passport management.
Butt All in vain.

We have a single forest, a single tree, a single site, and a single domain.

Any suggestions

If you are talking about the checkbox in the prompt regarding the above then also try this...

Click on the option "Automatic logon with current user..." See picture below.

Hey,

Have you checked the Event Viewer for the MOSS Server? It sounds as though the initial login attempt is not working, and as a result, you are being prompted for credentials.

The Event Viewer, specifically the security node, should give you some idea about what is going on, assuming you have set it up to log Login Failures.
