    Allow listview item move within a range

    How to let the listview item moving within the specified range.
    Example: allow moving only listview.top > 30 and listview.left < 7560. Thanks

    Example like i make the listview square size area around 10cm look at computer screen. Then the listview item juz can move around 10cm area only. Cos more than tat the scrollbar will show out. I only wan to fixed the item moving area.
