copying files stored inside your program

i'm creating a setup program
i used ole controls to store files inside my program.
how do i copy a file from one of those controls onto my hard drive?

if anyone has a better way to store a file inside a program please let me know.

Using Reource file you can store any file in there.
Check out the Previous Post where there's an example of how to store WAVs and AVIs, but you can substitute those files with any other type.
