    Question How to rotate an image or picture on VB?

    Is there any stuff that can rotate image or picture loaded on VB form
    by arbitrary (but not necessary by arbitrary) selected angle?

    Or maybe anybody knows how to load picture on VB form that after loading you can operate with rotation function picture?
