Outsourced projects
I want to start a small "software firm" for outsourced projects from
USA or UK. (IN INDIA)
I am getting projects from "online sites of outsourced projects"....
BUT they offers very little amount like $500/$1000/$2000 only..
NOW I am having question like...
"How would i pay to my software TEAM engineers monthly RS 20000+ per head???"
I would in losssssssss.
Any idea ....
Any suggestion will be appreciated. plzzzzzzzzz

Can you try and make some sense? Maybe by not repeating the last letter of each word?
Outsource rates to India generally start from $6+ per developer hour. (I have this info from all the spam I recieve) However I would never use outsourcing companies for development work.

Those projects are intended to be done by the developer. No middle-men in between.
If you are planning to start a development team, I wish you luck. There's a lot of competition in that area and companies all over are slowly shifting to a product based approach.
If you have a product that you have built, you can showcase it and hope to get some business based on that product.
Either case, I wish you luck.

There are two kinds of projects.
1> Time & Management projects where the resources are managed by the client. The rate is charged based on the number of resources allocated to the client. The client manages the resources. If a resource is not available for a certain period of time, the client does not pay for that period. The rate depends on the technology the resource, knows. This keeps changing. For instance java programmers are less paid than someone's who's configuring Siebel.
2> Service Level Agreement project where the client defines the objective and the management is done at offshore. These projects are more lucrative, but they also carry a lot of penalties. There's always some bickering over some feature at the end of the day.
Most rates are now calculated based on length of contracts. The longer the period, the lesser the rate. In either case it is definitely more than $6.00 per hour.

I dont know, like I said the figures are based on the 10 mor so email my company gets every week. Outsourcing IMO is a bad thing and somthing that i'm fortunate enough not to deal with.
