Anyone know where I can get cheapo flights to Orlando??

I need cheap flights as I'm going to Orlando on 21st July (returning 7th August) but I have no flight booked!!!!!

    Somebody Help!?!?!

Any web sites you know of?

When I say cheap, I mean a little less than the £1000 asked by British Airways, Virgin, American Airlines etc.

    Thanks......

Thanks Katie, but the cheapest direct flight was £1083.40.

However Delta do an indirect (via Atlanta). Where's Atlanta in relation to Orlando? That's £670 which is better!!

Atlanta is West of Orlando quite a bit....which makes it very strange that it's cheaper because the flight would be longer but I've never been able to figure out how they set the fares.

Why are you going to Orlando...it is in Florida you know...home of the idiot brother

It is cheaper to go through Atlanta because that is the Delta hub. They don't like having direct flights between two end points.

Atlanta is actualy a reasonalbe drive from Orlando. I would guess 6 hours or less. I'm not exactly sure.

    who's the idiot?

Aren't you pleased I'm going to your lovely country?!?

I'm going to Orlando cuz my mate is going with his parents, but they're going a week beforehand (they're going to San Francisco for a week, then Orlando for 2). We are joining them in Orlando. We can then go off and do cool stuff, and they can go around Disney and that. Much fun.

Continental also did one to Newark (i know that's new york) that was a bit more though. Maybe that woud be better.....

    Jeb Bush....W's brother.

I think Atlanta would actually be a shorter drive. I'm not upset your coming to our "lovely" country....you're just coming to the wrong coast!

Oh, that idiot. Oh well. What's the chances of me running into him. I could go and congraulate all those Floridians who voted the loser in by being so lame with a punch card.

Well, that's where they are going. The West Coast is a lot further and therefore more £££

Newark is in New Jersey, right next to New York. They are two different cities.

Katie may be right, the drive from Atlanta to Orlando may be shorter than 6 hours. I haven't driven it. But yes, Delta should have flights from Atlanta to just about anywhere on the planet. Atlanta is the Global International World HeadQuarters of Delta. It is probably possible to go from London to Paris via Atlanta on a Delta plane (or 2 of them).

Okay, lets see if this works.

    Here is a MapQuest map.

It says the drive is just under 8 hours door to door, but I don't know. Anyway, it gives you a good visual of where Atlanta is in relation to Orlando.

Well thanks for trying. I'll probably get a connection flight as I can't be arsed to drive 8 hrs.

That's if I can hire a car...what's the min ages for hiring a car (not driving, I know that's 16, but hiring). It's usually something like 21 isn't it?
