 Need help please...
Create a program that fills a two-dimensional array with ascending values.
The number of rows, the number of columns and the starting value is determined by the user.Print out all elements of this array. Transpose the elements of the array, and print out all elements.
Output :
Row Count ?
8
Column Count ?
3
Start Value ?
11
11 12 13
14 15 16
17 18 19
20 21 22
23 24 25
26 27 28
29 30 31
32 33 34
11 14 17 20 23 26 29 32
12 15 18 21 24 27 30 33

But before you get our help you need to make a good faith effort to resolve your own problem. What code do you have that isn't working and what isn't working about it?
