    Best Anti Virus and Password Locker

    Got Hacked today,

    Serves me right for "forgetting" to install anything. I had the firewall turned off too as I was testing ports. Anyway I am looking for recommendations on the best, in your opinion, anti virus (Must have a good file scanner, im anal about that) and a good password locker?

    Well, I use avg Anti Virus for malware/virus protection (using it in conjunction with Windows Defender). Plus, for some reason I have Norton Security Scan installed too.
