Error in VB.net

Hello, I crate program with Visual Basic 2008 Express Edition. And it works about 2 days. Then it get error:

What did you change? Was anything added or deleted from the computer? Was the program moved?

I do not moved the project files and do not added programs to computer, because PC was in shutdown process (sorry for english speaking mistakes)

Something has been corrupted. What it was, and why it happened, are probably not the questions you should worry about just yet. Re-install the program. If the problem happens again, then you definitely have an issue that needs to be solved. In this case, it could be a one time glitch that you will never see again, in which case it is probably not worth spending lots of time on. On the other hand, it could be that your hard drive is failing, or something else disastrous, but don't worry about the worst case scenario until you have ruled out the lesser, and more common, issues.
