many controls inside picture box

How can I to put many controls inside form that inside picturebox , are there way to put a scrollbar or exists some Control that to do it ?

Not sure I fully understand your question; may not be clear enough.

Is this what you mean.... Select the controls with your mouse, press Ctrl+X, click inside the picturebox, press Ctrl+C. Reposition them if needed.

Perhaps you want put many controls in a PictureBox, then scroll them using scrool-bars?
