Re: Missing Posts
Thread moved to 'Forum Feedback', which is where questions about site usage etc belong
Posts should only be missing if they were something like spam/duplicates.
Note that by default each forum only shows threads from a certain date range - check out the "Display Options" just below the list of threads. For the "Network Programming" forum (where you posted this), the default date range is "the last month".
It is very rare to need more than the defaults, as threads can be found using the Search features.

Re: Missing Posts
You are not talking about moved threads or new members post are you?
when you quote a post could you please do it via the "Reply With Quote" button or if it multiple post click the "''+" button then "Reply With Quote" button.
If this thread is finished with please mark it "Resolved" by selecting "Mark thread resolved" from the "Thread tools" drop-down menu.

Re: Missing Posts
First off thanks for moving this to the correct forum.
What I was referring to was some posts I made recently in the networking section. They seem to have disappeared. There never seemed to be many posts in this section. It might just be settings I have overlooked.
Edit
Just to let everyone know, I was only seeing the threads for the last month. Opppsssssss.

Re: Missing Posts
Hey,
Yip, that makes sense.
If you are looking for threads that you have specifically started, you can always use the advanced search function, and put your name as the "User Name" and then select "Find threads Started by user", or put it to "Find Posts by user" if you are looking for threads you posted in, but did not start.
Alternatively, find a post that you have made (like the one above) and then click the large link that is your user name, and in the menu that pops up select "Find more posts by 2ndmessiah.
Alternatively, alternatively, go to the User CP, and in there you will find all the threads that you have subscribed to.
Hope that helps!
Gary
