Just go to the home page and then click support on the right and then click "ask questions" on the support board.
We dont change the url, its automatically filtered out as yes you are correct in your assumption of his repeated aup violation activities, just as with any member that does not correct their actions when asked multiple times, has caused us to unwillingly require filtering it
