    Red face Magazine Help

    Hi guys,
    I am planning to create an online magazine (contains useful contents for programming like tutorials, etc), in India. So, does anybody know the details of registration. Should I have to register my online magazine(PDF) ???
    The magazine will be available for free(downloadable from my site).
    It will contain tutorials, etc. and some sponsered Ads will be displayed...

    Is there a need of registering my online magazine...???

    Who can obtain ISSN?

    a. Any new serial print or e whose first issue is yet to be brought out.

    b. An existing serial publication which does not have ISSN.

    c. Changed serial title(s) whose old titles had already an ISSN.

    How to obtain ISSN?

    One can obtain ISSN by applying through filled datasheet, downloadable from NISCAIR Website clicking www.niscair.res.in/Downloadables/Serial data sheet.doc or www.niscair.res.in/Downloadables/Serial data sheet.pdf on along with a specimen copy of the serial in case of print version or a copy of home page in case of online version to Head, National Science Library, National Institute of Science Communication and Information Resources (NISCAIR), 14 - Satsang Vihar Marg, New Delhi -110 067. This service is FREE of COST.

    So, as I said that it is a free online magazine that can be downloaded form my website, and it displays sponsored Ads(from where I get the money ), what things should I have to keep in mind...??? Any tax registration etc... ???
