I am writing a program to help users make investment decisions. As i use terms, i want to provide underlined links or SOMETHING to let user click on a term if they don't know what it means..HOW DO I DO THIS?
I also want to provide a help file but MSDN library is not helping me at all.

I think you can use the Microsoft Help Workshop to build your own help file, then just make use of the HelpContext that you have set in the Help file itself to interact with you application. or you can refer to this site to write a HTML help file that look like the MSDN library, http://htmlhelpcenter.hypermart.net/
