Boy & Balloon
Anyone keeping a check on this?
There seems to be a lot of speculation as to if he fell out or if he was even in the balloon to begin with.
I hope he wasn't in there.

I wonder how far it traveled, and whether or not it was tracked with any accuracy?

Authorities are saying they don't believe he fell out and they're now searching the neighbourhood.

Now they are reporting that it was a hoax conjured up by the boys father. He is trying to start a new television show and they think he did this to generate some publicity. What a douchebag.

This is news to me.
The boy's father was on television today, thanking everybody who assisted in the search. He looked remorseful.

He wasn't. He was in the attic all the time, the balloon was flying over. They closed down Denver airport for this.

I heard that report on the radio this morning. I'm sure he looked remorsefull, he's an actor.

Yeah. When it comes to human nature, if you are cynical, you aren't often wrong. We may never really know about this one, and it isn't quite clear what's up....but.....it doesn't smell right.

Well, it turns out that it was just a publicity stunt. Worked, too. Later on we'll find out the price tag. Kind of makes you want to re-visit in a year or so to ask the parents whether they got the ROI that they were satisfied with.
