selling software
has anyone here had any experience in selling their own software, i have developed an application (all be it a small one) that might be quite handy for people studying for exams.
im just not sure how to go about selling this software or where to start with terms and conditions, i dont have money for a solicitor or anything however i had thought of creating a website.
any tips or links would be greatly appreciated, oh and i have made a few google searches already however they have led me to books on amazon entitled 'setting up your own software company' which is a bit to broad, or to links which provide links to books ha ha.
thanks in advance

Re: selling software
The place to start is setting up a website and put some pages with articles telling of your software. Then a download button for a demo version then finding a vendor that is experienced with distributing your unlocking code and accepts credit cards. I used Regsoft for yrs and now use http://www.fastspring.com/. Finding a webhost that is reliable and has the software you need eg asp, jmail, frontpage etc)is a battle in it's self.
If you don't know any web languages eg: html, asp style sheets, etc
you will need to learn.
