Remember the time....
1. When kedaman & megatron only had 1000 posts to their names?
2. When Matthew Gates was still an addicted member?
3. When that person made a speech on how VB sucked... in the VB forum?
4. When there were about 300 members? (an educated guess)
This was April 2000.
Now compare it to today...
Scary isn't it?
All contents of the above post that aren't somebody elses are mine, not the property of some media corporation.
(Just a heads-up)

Very scary...although I wasn't around then so it was pretty good
I refuse to tie my hands behind my back and hear somebody say "Bend Over, Boy, Because You Have It Coming To You".

I joined when VBW was only a few months old, and there were already more like 3000 members than 300

Well, I'd never seen a server busy message, it was a nukem-free zone, and all was right with the world.
The DCB forum was active, and I remember when Megatron and Kedaman became Gurus *thinks back wistfully*
I refuse to tie my hands behind my back and hear somebody say "Bend Over, Boy, Because You Have It Coming To You".

No, it does that whenever I think about working
It's really weird, but why the hell does the past always look better than the future?

I noticed that a while ago...I thought they just didnt load?
It must have somit to do with John taking the server down.

Blinking server busy messages. That was meant to be in response to Parksie's post.

Remember the time....
...I knew a girl from mars
I don't know if you knew that
Oh we'd stay up late playing cards, henry-winterman cigars
Though she never told me her name
I still love you girl from mars
Sitting in a dreamy day by the water's edge
On a cool summer's night
Fireflies and stars in the sky
Gentle glowing light, from your cigarette
The breeze blowing softly on my face
Reminds me of something else
Something that in my mem'ry 's been misplaced
Suddenly all comes back, and as I look to the stars
