It's only cross posted to the relevant forums (and chit chat - for all the people who only come here to chat ).

Believe it or not, this game is actually quite important to us - we've invested the best part of a year of time into this and we'd like people to have a look at it.

It doesn't take much time to download and any comments we receive from it are appreciated.

    IanP,

Have you actually looked at it yet? You've been meaning to for ages but I've heard nothing from you...

    Muzzi,

It had the desired effect - you've noticed it. Now, the next question is, have you tried it?

in all seriousness, I did play it an ickle bit but then my computer took a tumble (Not whilst playing) and had to do a complete format. Haven't had a chance to download it again yet but will do and will give you some proper feedback. But it definatley does need turnips

I tried running it, but it said that default.wav could not be found... in the picture you can clearly see default.wav.

    Dennis,

What have you done to my baby? Well, that's the first time I've seen that one.

OK, a workaround 'cos I've no idea what the problem is.

In the scripts folder, in the options.ini set the voices, SFX and music all to false. Sound will be disabled in the game and it won't look for that file.

I've no idea what caused it, 'cos as you say - it's there.

Thanks for looking anyway. Once you've done the workaround, let me know what you think please...

Very nice... I have no clue what I'm supposed to do though..... do I get to blow things up? or steal things? The only thing I seem to be able to do is rename buildings....

If you check out the sprawling monster of a thread in the Games and Graphics forum, there are instructions on how to build mechs there. I've just put the finishing touches to combat now, so the update I'm going to post in the next couple of days will allow you to have a couple of players in the game and whoop some ass.

It'll all seem a little complicated at the moment as we haven't put a manual together for it yet. There'll be one coming in due course....

Yeah, there is an issue if all the players resign the game just loops through turns forever until it overflows.

It's because there are no win scenarios added yet.

Any other comments/bugs? The more the merrier (comment, not bugs )

    Thanks for looking!
