    Installation Folder

    I am using VB Express 2008. Im jus't wondering is there any way I can publish my app where the user can choose the location to install it?

    Yes, just not through the IDE. You could use one of the many free installers on the internet. Inno and NullSoft are the first two that jump to my mind.
