    Question crystal report using formula field

    Hi can somebody help me how can i use formula field for getting the result Frequency based on the report requirement...

    in the picture below you can see that there is a count numbers for every Customer Top Class visit group (Top Accounts, Next Top acount, new customer, Cust. No Plan Visit). what i wanted to do with it is.. i want to get result of the:

    Problem 1.)
    Frequency field, i'm done with the number of Top Clases but frequency i don't now to get result on it.. somebody told me it's posible in formula edito in crystal report.. please help here's what i want to do..
    1.) Top account / (Divide) by No. of working days
    2.) Next Top Accounts / (Divide) by No. of working days
    3.) New Customer / (Divide) by No. of working days

    =================
    Problem 2.)
    Time Allotment, i want here to do for:
    1.) Top account - how many percent is the numbers of New Customer versus the entire total of entry from (Top Accounts, Next Top Account, new Customer)
    2.) Next Top Accounts - how many percent is the numbers of New Customer versus the entire total of entry from (Top Accounts, Next Top Account, new Customer)
    3.) New Customer - how many percent is the numbers of New Customer versus the entire total of entry from (Top Accounts, Next Top Account, new Customer)

    i want to use formula fields edited here...

    please help....really appreciated if for help..

    the second picture is my guide format.. it should look like it when finish i'm only done with the top counting

    i have tried this one but i got error... how can i count only those entry in Top account, and also for Next top accounts..

    how can i make a querry for counting all entried in Top account, next top, new customer..? then the result would be divide by the numberOfworkingDaysField below.. there is field for the no. of working days..
