HELP MSJVM Download
Hi there,
I've been spending most the day googling a download for MSJVM but with no success so far. Almost all the links directed to a possible download is now dead or fake. Almost got viruses along the way. Anyways, Does anyone know where I can download a good copy of MSJVM.
PS: Please Help
Thanks in advance.

Re: HELP MSJVM Download
Thanks for reply
I have tried that link, it gives you a zip file two two files inside. One get's detected as a virus. MSJVM Install cannot be installed also, it says it is a upgrade version only.
Still looking but with no success so far

Re: HELP MSJVM Download
I've already installed the latest version of Java. I'll try explain the situation a little bit more. When need to access a website which runs an applet but we get a error "class: PassivePlayerApplet not found". I tried turning off all Firewalls and anti virus but this doesn't help. Checked that all add-ons required are enabled and etc. I checked all IE and Java settings from one PC that works and one PC that doesn't and the only difference I can see is that the PC that works has MSJVM installed, all other settings are the same.
I have been browsing the internet for the last 2 weeks and no success so far

Do the 2 computers have the same OS?

Re: HELP MSJVM Download
Yes, both running XP Pro SP3.
This is the error message that is driving me nuts for the last few weeks
load: class PassivePlayerApplet not found.
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: PassivePlayerApplet

at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(Unknown Source)

at sun.plugin.AppletViewer.createApplet(Unknown Source)
at sun.applet.AppletPanel.runLoader(Unknown Source)
at sun.applet.AppletPanel.run(Unknown Source)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)
By the way I tested more PC's here in the office and now I'm on 4 that doesn't work (possibly more) and 1 that works

Re: HELP MSJVM Download
Some progress has been made, I can rule out the PC being at fault as I managed to get it to run on a different network out of our work place.
The router should be ruled out also??? since the two computers exit on same router.
Will update if I find source of the problem.
