how can i send a POST command to a login form's action...
in easier words
how can i login to a webpage without opening it in a webbrowser control

and after that
how can i send text from a vb application to a webpage(sort of like posting)

im making an autoposter application and need help with the above things

This program posts inside many forums (you can choose).
It's main objective is to allow a user to distribute their posts to many forums easily without opening each individual page on the in a web browser therefore you get more points to your filehoster's account.

Note: you must still create each forum's account manually.

What is the difference between that and spamming?

And if we helped you do that what would stop someone else who wants to use it for commercial spamming from using the code provided for their means?

This can also be applied to asking for information on how to do such things.

I'm yet to understand what your intention might be that would involve the automated sending of messages to lots of different forum, and that doesn't constitute spamming.

That said, as I said above... whether or not your intentions are good is almost irrelevant. This is a public forum that absolutely anyone can read - you don't even need to register - and is indexed on google, so someone with less pure intentions can easily learn from answers to your question.

Anyway - your specific question has been answered lots of times on this forum, I'd suggest giving it a search and you'll find your answer.

You can prove your innocence by explaining exactly what you intend your application to do - what kind of message are you sending out?

I used to like the Healthcare IT forum before people with autoposters showed up, peppering it with posts about buying the blue pills online.

There are no innocent uses to an autoposter (the same goes to the person who wanted to make an application to send multiple emails at the speed of 1 per millisecond). If you want to say something constructive in a forum - go there and type it in. That way, you can make your post relevant.

Well, that's the thing - if you were posting to your own forums, that'd be OK. But you're posting to other forums and most forums out there don't like apps like these, because you're taking away from their only source of revenue (traffic).

I just hate the b******s who spam my inbox and pollute the forums where I lurk.
