VS2008 crashing when undocking tool windows

    Hi,

I just decided to 'design' my Visual Studio tool windows a little better, because I have dual monitors. I simply want all my tool windows (Toolbox, Document outline, Solution explorer, Properties, Error List) on my right-most screen, and just an empty IDE on the left.

I dragged the tool windows to the right screen, docked them into each other so that it basically became one big floating toolwindow, and worked for about half an hour with that. Then, I closed Visual Studio, and instead of closing normally it crashed. No error's whatsoever, just crashed with a 'send report' window.

The next time I open VS, the position of each toolwindow is reset to the old way, probably because it never saved the new layout because it crashed before (or probably during) it could save them...

Does anyone else have this problem? I've tried it like 6 times so far, crashed each time I close. I also tried it on my laptop at work, and that crashed too. It seems to be a bug in Visual Studio, or it would be a very big coincidence that it happened on two completely separate installs...

What can I do about this? I have already installed SP1 and I'm not aware of any other 'bug-fixes'?

    Thanks.
