Vbs compiler
Where can i get a free vbs compiler? does windows come with one? Vbs not vb. Thank you!

You don't compile VB Script (not normally, anyway - there may be some third party apps to turn it into standalone .exe files). You run your .vbs file through Windows Script Host, which is included with any version of Windows since 98. Right-click on your file, go to 'Open With > Choose Default' and it'll probably have it in there as a recommendation.

Is there anyway i can encrypt my file so people can't just open it and read it.

You might want to take a look at this
