Yeah that was pretty much it. It's from some really old Japanese game.

Hey Muzzi, when I used to have French lessons in school there was this video they had for teaching French, with a character call 'Muzzi' in, I seem to remember it was some kind of Yeti-type thing. But green. Or something. Err.... yeah anyway I've never head the word since then, where's it from?

Is anybody else getting really small fonts on the site? I have my monitor on 1280x1024 and I can barely read them.

Yeah I think weird is a good all-round word to describe this whole thread. Probably most other things too.

When I did French (the compulsory first two years where I learned to count to ten) they had little booklets called Eclaire (of course there was an accent or two in there somewhere). But the main character was a robot who came to earth and was being taught French by these kids.

This is all well and good until you realise that the robot was called 'Poof'.

Didn't anybody think that our little adolesent minds would find this in the least bit amusing??? I can only surmise that it was written by a Frenchman who wasn't up on his British slang Thats all I remember about French lessons. I was dissapointed that they didn't cover kissing.

    hehe

Beacon: Try saying "All your beers are belong too me" to some of your mates when you are getting drunk

Harry: I think weird is a word that can define almost every moment and experience in one way or the other..wouldnt you agree? hehe

Muzzi: You call your cat muzzi for short when actually his real name is shorter than the nickname?? that's cool though.

You would have been even more dissapointed if they had, considering you went to an all male school.
