No, you can't do that. You'll also need to install the Flash plugin, Java Plugin, Moonlight plugin, MPlayer/VLC plugins and w32codecs at the very least, regardless if you use them or not. Then after that, you'll need to make a glossy website that would make people think you are a trying to do a bad clone of the Apple website.
You'll need screenshots of course to show off your creation, of course, so you'll also need a whole new theme. You'll need to get the same tacky theme that you created your website with, so head down to gnome-look.org to get some glossy theme, and return back with a gnome theme that makes the window borders resemble Vista.
Also, since you are associating it with Ubuntu, Ubuntu is awesome, so you just have to install Compiz and show screenshots of the spinning cube and fire effects, etc. None of these will affect your productivity whatsoever, but for god sakes man, YOUR DESKTOP IS A CUBE!!111
And don't forget, since you are associating it with Ubuntu, you need a shed-load of preinstalled software, since the OS will be used by morons who can barely use Google, so just try to install everything in the package manager, but make it so that it will be able to fit enough onto 1 DVD. When people complain, get rid of all that crap, and put that onto a seperate CD. Call that Medhbuntu Lite, so the 'tards can understand the difference, even if they fail to notice the difference in the ISO size.
