American actor David Carradine has been found dead, hanging by a nylon rope in a hotel room closet in Bangkok, Thailand, according a Thai police official.

Seems like when stars die young it is a tragic accident but lately when they get over 60 they end up committing suicide. Should make a list of famous people who actually die a natural death.

Re: someone killed bill!
Just because one is hanging in a closet, doesn't mean suicide. Of course though it is the first thing to come to mind. Obviously its either suicide or homicide in this particular case.
The list of famous people who die of natural causes far far exceeds the list of those who took their own lives.

Actually, there is a third possibility, but it is probably against the AUP to mention it directly.

Re: someone killed bill!
I just read the USA Today article that reported Carrdine's death before checking out Chit-Chat.
from article :
One thing remained a constant after Kung Fu: Carradine's interest in Oriental herbs, exercise and philosophy. He wrote a personal memoir called Spirit of Shaolin and continued to make instructional videos on tai chi and other martial arts.
In the 2004 interview, Carradine talked candidly about his past boozing and narcotics use, but said he had put all that behind him and stuck to coffee and cigarettes.
"I didn't like the way I looked, for one thing. You're kind of out of control emotionally when you drink that much. I was quicker to anger."
I liked the guy. I thought he was a good actor and an interesting character. I think he played his character in Kung Fu very well.

And Chuck Norris cannot die. Actually, this presents an interesting pair of ducks. What would happen if Chuck Norris kicked himself? I suspect only Chuck knows.
David Carradine dieing (regardless of the method) is a real shame. I never really got into the the original Kung Fu series but I loved the the series they ran in the 90s.

Chuck Norris can actually die, but only when Chuck Norris actually wants to die. Other than that one circumstance, he can not.

what makes you think there wasn't one involved? Chances are if there was, they would have booked once he died or once they realized something was wrong.. they said there was no signs of forced entry, so it is a possible scenario...

It is a shame. I do not for one minute think it was a suicide. I think it was some fun gone seriously wrong. I'm guessing there was another person there but I doubt we will ever know.

from what i read, the ropes weren't nicely tied to his genitals. I am suspecting murder as well with some sort of torture first.

Re: someone killed bill!
Chuck Norris spent some time as a Thai hooker, he was putting all the others out of business, so he showed them mercy and quit. Then he found out he had a talent for randomly solving problems by kicking stuff. The rest, as they say, is history.

Re: someone killed bill!
I am hearing conflicting reports on the radio now. One report says that his ex-wife admits he liked to do this kind of thing. Another report says there was a plot to kill Carridine by a group of ninjas. And yet another report talked about how everyone who was involved with the Kung Fu series has died a mysterious death so it may just be a curse.
I can't help but thinking though that getting round kicked by Chuck Norris would be a worse way to go.

Re: someone killed bill!
i don't see any evidence he was killed by a kung-fu sect. I do see evidence it's pretty friggin hard to kill yourself with your hands tied behind your back.
